Where can I pay to have a fresh list of working anonymous proxies everyday?

So I guess you have to pay for quality.. but that isnt true either.. at least in the proxy “world.” I just tried a subscription with Xroxy… their forum is dead.. Which sites are actually worth subscribing to.. I’m willing to pay but wont hesitate to unsubscribe if its crap..
